How do you protect delicate glass vessels during shipping? Shipping fragile glass jars and liquid diffusers requires heavy-duty protection. Every Solmavie order is securely nested inside custom-fit shock-absorbing foam inserts, wrapped in thick protective layering, and packed tightly inside heavy-duty boxes to absorb any impact during transit, ensuring your items arrive completely pristine.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your Solmavie package straight to your doorstep.

How do I get the best burn out of my Solmavie candle? To maximize your candle's lifespan and prevent tunneling, always allow the wax pool to melt completely to the edges of the glass jar during your very first burn. Additionally, remember to trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch before every single lighting to ensure a clean, soot-free flame.

How long do your Reed Diffusers last? Our signature premium reed diffusers provide continuous, effortless fragrance release and typically last between 3 to 4 months. For a fresh burst of aroma, simply flip the rattan reeds upside down once a week.

Returns & Satisfaction

What if my glass items arrive broken? While we pack our items with extreme care, shipping accidents can occasionally happen with fragile glass. If your item arrives damaged, please do not worry. Take a clear photo of the broken product along with the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately ship you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

What is your return policy? We want you to love your scent journey. We accept returns on completely un-lit, unused, and unopened products in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.
